The reservation will be accepted only after receiving the confirmation email and the deposit confirmatory.
The amount of the deposit is 25% of the total amount of the stay, to be paid by credit card (Visa, Card Yes, MasterCard) or bank transfer.
The balance must be paid in cash or credit card upon arrival in the property.

Any cancellations or modifications must be communicated in writing via email.

In case of cancellations up to 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded.
In case of cancellations up to 7 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully deducted.

In case of late cancellation or reduction of the stay, less than 7 days before the arrival date will be charged the full amount of the stay.

NO SHOWs and early departures will be calculated as late cancellations.
